BSL202 Workplace Law TNE/TJD Assignment

The score for your work will be determined according to the quality of your analysis along with its organization and clarity as well as its presentation and its absence of distracting stylistic mistakes (grammatical punctuation, spelling, as well as a typographer). When appropriate, reference is required to the law or cases, textual sources, and other commentaries. It is recommended to use the APA reference style is preferable. A complete citation of the case or legislation is required. Check out the Library guide for referencing legal documents. Late assignments will be penalized with four marks deducted each day or a portion of the day.

Extensions to the assignment cannot be given except in the most exceptional of circumstances. If there is an event that is exceptional that you believe warrants an extension, please contact me via e-mail prior to the deadline, and include relevant documents. Some reasons that do not justify an extension are computer malfunctions, car problems, or other issues with transportation or work-related conflicts or family gatherings, as well as other commitments to study.

In March 2017, Annelise completed a double degree in Law and IT. She then, after a short break, began her search for a job as a graduate in May of 2017. She is eager to secure a job within Artificial Intelligence in the law. She's seen an advert on the Redmond Picks Law Firm. Redmond Picks is renowned as a leader in Artificial Intelligence, especially with legal research, discovery, and document management, in addition to the analysis of documents in litigation and contracts. Annelise is extremely enthusiastic about the job.

Annelise submits her application and is given an invitation to an interview. During the interview, Annelise is informed that it is a postgraduate position that includes four rotations. After that, the candidate who has been selected will be named Junior Lawyer within the department they prefer.

Within three days of having the interview, she is extremely happy to find out that she was accepted for the position. She is given her contract, which states that she'll complete four rounds over the course of two years, and the department is able to work for six months.
